She is a wonderful life coach and I'm extremely grateful for her services.”
"I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tala for life coaching, and I am so glad I did! Dr. Tala was knowledgeable and experienced in goal setting, identifying harmful self-talk, and providing support. She was patient, understanding, and encouraging in creating a plan to help me overcome my struggles. Dr. Tala also displayed a great deal of calmness and ease while discussing issues pertaining to both my failures and my triumphs. I found a resolution to my past struggles and feel more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Tala's coaching gave me new knowledge and insight into better managing my thoughts and emotions and planning for short- and long-term goals. I highly recommend Dr. Tala as a coach for her skills and dedication to helping me work toward my new direction in life. I am so thankful for her help and guidance and for the further understanding I have gained."
